In a handwritten tribute to Chance posted on Instagram, Lizze Broadway paid homage to his “interpersonal gifts” and “gentle spirit” and expressed her deepest condolences.

The sad passing of Chance Perdomo puts a question mark on what will happen to his character Andre in the aftermath of his passing. There’s too much time to speculate as to whether or not the role will be taken on by another actor, or if the character will be written out of the show altogether.
