The exchange rate isn't 1:1, but considering the costs and taxes associated with bringing products here, it's reasonable.

The only ROG Ally model coming to Australia at launch will be the more powerful Z1 Extreme model with a 1080p 120Hz display.

The handheld device will come in a 512GB version. It can be expanded with Micro SD cards, which you'll likely need considering the size of modern games.

Additionally, you're not limited to one storefront for PC games. Play games from Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox Game Pass, and more on Asus' Windows 11 handheld.

According to JB Hi-Fi, the ROG Ally is a "JB exclusive", so we won't see it elsewhere, at least for launch.
